Gin Patronage System

PCCA’s Gin Patronage system streamlines the process of allocating the year-end profits of cooperatives.

Cooperative patronage allocation information is generated quickly and easily as the system downloads tenant and landlord production data directly from the Scale Ticket system.
PCCA’s Grower Services/Gin Bookkeeping staff utilize patronage allocation data to print gin dividends, equity retirements, and rebate checks. IRS Section 199 or Domestic Production Activities allocations also can be generated and printed for gin patrons.
As a service to its agents, PCCA’s staff generates and prints IRS Patronage 1099s for distribution to gin customers. Electronic filing service to the IRS also is available.
