Your Crop. Your Co-op. Your Competitive Edge.

PCCA is Your Trusted Marketing Co-op

By Blair White

At PCCA, we believe your cotton deserves more than just a place in the market—it deserves a trusted team working to help you get the most from every bale. That’s been our focus since the beginning, and it continues today through the guidance of local growers who lead this cooperative with firsthand experience and steady hands.

We understand the pressures of farming because we live them too. Our board of directors—farmers from across Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, and New Mexico—bring decades of experience to the table. They’re elected by you, your neighbors, and your peers to make sure PCCA stays focused on what matters most to our region’s producers.

Rooted in Local Leadership

Our leadership isn’t outsourced. It’s grounded in the land and communities we serve. Your Board of Directors includes:

Chairman – Dahlen Hancock, District 7 (New Home)

Vice Chairman – Lexie Fennell, District 3 (Springlake)

Clint Abernathy, District 1 (Altus, Oklahoma)

• Kody Carson, District 2 (Olton)

Dane Sanders, District 4 (Floydada)

Randy Smith, District 5 (Ropes)

Dean Vardeman, District 6 (Lubbock)

Steve Moore, District 8 (Roscoe)

Billy Eggemeyer, District 9 (Midkiff)

Frank DeStefano, District 10 (Hearne)

Marvin Beyer, District 11 (Taft)

These individuals are local producers who understand the challenges and rewards of this work and serve with a shared sense of responsibility and commitment.

Real Value, Season After Season

Marketing with PCCA is about more than just a transaction—it’s about trust. That trust is reflected in how we return profits to our members. Over the past two decades, those returns have added up significantly. When the co-op succeeds, so do you.

Here’s how that works:

Dividends: When you market or warehouse cotton with us, you become a patron of that service. After covering costs and reinvesting for the future, PCCA returns profits to our members at year-end.

Book Credits: These represent your equity in the cooperative and your ownership stake in our success. When financial conditions allow, the Board can approve the retirement of these credits, returning them to you in cash.

It’s not about short-term gains. It’s about building something sustainable, together.

Designed For You

Our co-op was founded by growers and shaped by decades of listening and learning. Today, programs like Pool+ were created in direct response to member feedback—just one example of how your voice continues to shape our future.

At PCCA, we aim to be a steady partner through every kind of season. That means we are your:

• Trusted Marketing Co-op

• Price Defender

• Support

• Cotton Storage & Logistics Solution

• Innovation Hub

• Friend in the Fight

We’re proud to be part of a broader community of growers and cooperatives that all work hard for their members. What makes PCCA unique is our deep local connection, our grower-led governance, and our commitment to being here, year in and year out.

Final Thoughts

You bring the crop. We bring the strategy, the loyalty, and the long-term commitment. PCCA is here to market your cotton with the care and accountability it deserves. You are the reason we exist— and we never forget that.

Let’s keep building your edge, together.
